Slow Me Down (Video)
I had a moment. I had already made it sort of bad by letting my mouth keep going. Seriously, once I go into the anger that’s it! I need to wait for defeat and a depression to kick in before my brain allows me to think about what to do. Strange, I think better when I’m sad. I went into my bedroom and tried the sock throwing my DBT workbook suggested. I put my Ipod on and played a song that I think will resonate with some of you. (Yes, the sock throwing worked)

CONGRATULATIONS! I AM SO HAPPY THAT THE SOCK THROWING WORKED! Way to use skills!
It was fun! I highly recommend it! If you use a pair of heavier woolen socks it makes a thud which is satisfying!
