Coming along beautifully. I love to compare other people’s pet hates with my own.
I greatly enjoy talking about what makes me angry :p
I am so with you on the clutter! That drives me nuts!
I always look at the clutter and become so hopeless. I don’t know what to do with it all and struggle with the question “Do we have a storage issue or is our house to small?”
Likely you are like lots of us who have stuff we don’t actually need. That creates clutter so sometimes going around your home or a room and finding things to donate can help. A larger home would help but that tends to encourage us to have more stuff! My mom was a compulsive hoarder so I lived in EXTREME clutter and unclean conditions for years. It really made me feel a lot of shame and anger b/c I wasn’t allowed to do anything about it. After her death we were able to get rid of A LOT but there’s still some clutter left over.
Some clutter I feel adds to the “lived in” feeling I really like homes to have. Most of the stuff in my house isn’t mine (I moved into my partners place) so if anything my stuff created the clutter because there was never space for it! We really just need to let some things go our build/buy better storage containers.
Ah, well that sounds alright. It’s hard to keep things perfectly if you have someone else contributing to the clutter too. If I lived all by myself I might become a minimalist-go insane from the shock and end up with nick knacks everywhere! lol
ha ha yes I think I would too!
