NERVES!

I’m presenting with The Madvocates today on Ryerson University’s ‘Reclaiming Our Bodies and Minds’ conference! It’s a workshop so hopefully the audience participates!

We’re talking about sanism (mental health discrimination) in social work education. IT IS THERE!

I’ve been holding off on talking in depth about our research for reasons that I’m not to sure but after this presentation (which we are recording) I will talk about it because it is really interesting!

I’m pretty nervous! I’m really good at public speaking and I love it but I think because a few people I know are going to be there I’m extra nervous.

Maybe if it was nicer outside I wouldn’t feel so blah! It’s pretty grey out…..

Well, that’s all I wanted to say!
