This week in DBT we learned about the TIP skill.


Below is a video that explains TIP in more detail. Distress tolerance is really a fun module because the possibilities are endless and unique to you. I have had a lot of fun over the years discovering what activities bring me joy and lower my stress when I am dysregulated.
